WHO WE ARE

K2ONE was established to support the many dedicated social workers in Aotearoa. K2ONE stands for 21st Century Kaimahi and our mandate is to provide helpful resources and tools to promote universal social work practice excellence and self care in a work environment that is often both challenging and rewarding.

We are registered charitable trust organisation with a board of trustees that have over 150 years accumulated experience within the social services sector.

We make available for subscribers a range of self development resources and tools as well as professional & skills development training workshops, community BLOG and advisory platforms.

HEALTH CHECK

Self-assessment tool is quick and easy to use and provides a comprehensive report on how well you are doing on and off the job. We recommend using it at least twice per year to help maintain best practice standards as well as ensuring self care while on the job.

PEER TO PEER

One of the most effective ways to reinforce the quality of your documents is peer review. This system of quality checking uses an existing resource - peers - to refine your service. But what is the exact process of peer review? How can a peer's skills and perspective be used to improve the credibility of a document? When you attend this workshop, you'll find out.
